Reason for installation: Client wanted to generate air movement, reduce background fume levels and reduce summer temperatures to improve working conditions.
Solution: Supplied & fitted and Encon Upward discharge fan powered extraction ventilators.
Reason for Installation: Removal of Old ventilation as New Smoke ventilation needed
Solution: Disconnected and removed existing Ventilation units. Craned the new Colt Seefire Smoke ventiulation units onto roof , fixed and reconnected the electric supply for automatic opening.
Our Customer has a manufacturing plant for vehicle components and needed to remove some of the heat from the building as the heat from the machinery and from the Solar rays through the sky lights made working uncomfortable for the staff. Tupello Property Services surveyed the site and worked on designing a system to remove some of the heat . We installed roof extraction units that were operated by a push button on /off contactor to give the customer complete control of the extraction units.

As we all know, warm air rises. What many of us might not know is that when warm air rises and has nowhere to go, it will slowly build up with warm air which will eventually sink back to ground level. This sinking warm air can cause overheating issues for both personnel and equipment as seen in our recent project at Swiss Laundry. Tupello Property Services were asked to increase ventilation within the main laundry room (which could quite quickly heat up to boiling point) and bring down the temperature to a more comfortable level. We installed a number of extractor fans to blow out the unneeded warm air and create the desired result.
