Rolls-Royce is a global business providing integrated power system for use on land, at sea and in the air.

Tupello Property Services were contracted to install two new heater units suspended from the ceiling of a large warehouse unit. Both heaters were required to sit at the same level which was a challenge as the roof was sloping, however we met this brief and installed the heaters with no problem. The heaters installed are in fact two-way systems which offer cooling as well as heating.

CCN Cars required installtion of a warm air heater to their shop floor to help circulate warm air through the workplace.

Acenta Steel produces a wide range of products, including hot rolled, cold finished, selenium stainless, cast iron, tool steel and tool room materials.

Tupello Property Services have installed a range of heating units at Acenta Steel to meet a number of customer requirements. Spot heating was needed on the shop floor, allowing work stations to warm to the required comfort levels. Gas fired radiant plaque heaters were installed (7 in total) to meet this requirement and ensure that the personnel spot heating was achieved. All of the gas pipe work, suspension, and electrical controls were also added.

The storage unit at Acenta Steel required warm air space heating to heat the air to a level that reduced air moisture ensuring the product (steel) does not rust. Four warm air blowers have been installed to serve this purpose.

Mercia International Products Ltd specialise in the manufacture and distribution of fluid transfer hose, adaptors and hose assemblies for the Mining, Petroleum and Welding Industries.

Mercia International required heating in their warehouse unit to ensure that work stations were warmed efficiently enough for employee comfort. Radiant heaters were installed in a ‘herringbone system’ as can be seen in the images below. These ‘U-Tube’ heaters provided the adequate and required warmth as requested. Tupello Property Services also rewired much of the electrical control panel to ensure it met our standards.

Jam Jam Boomerang is Coventry’s biggest indoor play & party place for 0-12s. When Jam Jam Boomerang requested the addition of heating to the public seating area, we were more than happy to offer a solution that would offer the best results. Play areas in general get very hot with all those kiddies running around having fun, so it was our remit that this area have no additional heating.

We installed radiant heating to offer specific ‘zoneable’ area heating that effectively met the customer requirements.
